1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and vipjl44 ("vipjl44," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the vipjl44 website located at https://vipjl44.app and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

Each individual may register only one (1) account on vipjl44. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. vipjl44 reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vipjl44 login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify vipjl44 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. vipjl44 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

vipjl44 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming obligations. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and verification of your personal information.

vipjl44 may request the following documents at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal:

• A valid government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or voter's ID).
• Proof of address issued within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash account, bank account details).
• Any additional documentation reasonably required to verify your identity, age, or source of funds.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete. vipjl44 reserves the right to refuse service to any player who fails to complete the KYC process satisfactorily.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the vipjl44 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). vipjl44 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at vipjl44's discretion.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your vipjl44 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. vipjl44 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• vipjl44 aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) business day. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.
• vipjl44 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the outcome of such checks.
• Players must have met all applicable wagering requirements on any bonus funds before a withdrawal can be processed.

vipjl44 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which vipjl44 accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

vipjl44 may offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

vipjl44 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface.

vipjl44 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where a technical error, software malfunction, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected wager amount will be returned to the player's account. vipjl44's decision in such matters is final.

Players must not use any software, tool, algorithm, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players. This includes but is not limited to bots, automated betting scripts, and exploit-based strategies.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vipjl44 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.

• Making deposits using payment methods that do not belong to you or that have been obtained fraudulently.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

vipjl44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by a person other than the registered account holder.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Determination that the player is located in a restricted jurisdiction.

Upon termination of an account for cause, vipjl44 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting vipjl44 customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements.

9. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vipjl44 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical errors, system outages, or connectivity issues.

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

vipjl44's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude vipjl44's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and vipjl44, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. vipjl44 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, vipjl44 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
